Rotisserie chicken, ABTs, grilled sausage, potato salad, carrots and Rice a Roni.

Today I put a chicken on the rotisserie of the gas grill to try it out. After making a rotisserie chicken rub and seasoning it nicely I put the chicken on the grill and went about doing some other outdoor stuff.
I used the Keg to cook a handful of ABTs and grill some Kiolbassa beef sausage I picked up from Sam's. If you see that sausage do yourself a favor and get some! Awesome!!!!!
I thought I took a picture of the sausage and the ABTs but apparently I didn't.
Chicken was done and soooo.... juicy!
Time to eat!

Leftovers from a family gathering after my daughter's first communion this afternoon. Smoked some pig overnight and made pulled pork, coleslaw, and Mac and cheese. I made a Carolina style BBQ sauce to go with the pork. Everything came out great. Only picture I took was when the butts came off the smoker.

Our oven went out this morning so we ended up getting take-out from a local joint. I'm hopeful I can get an appliance tech over tomorrow to fix the oven. It is a computer issue with the electronic controls.
