Leftover red beans and rice. Thinking about wrapping them up in an omlette. Debate away...

Smoked sausage, home made hash browns with diced bells, onion, mushrooms and extra sharp cheddar, and whole wheat toast with home made scuppernong jelly I made this summer.

I made some of the same. I made 11 pints. I am almost out, (I gave too much away) but I fertilized the grape vines at my parents right before this rain came in. Hope to have another good crop.

You ever make wine out of them?

Went to Whole Foods and got Greek Orzo with Asparagus and Tomato, an Eggplant Napoleon to bake, Collard Greens Southern Style, and Turkey Ranch Casserole.
Also picked up a sixer of Canebrake and a 4-pack of Ommegang Witte.

$37 total.

I purposely went there because I don't have any food for snacking at home. I ended up not buying ANYTHING to snack on later Just dinner and beer.

Lentil soup can be amazing if the recipe is on point. Especially when it's cold out.
