Wedding registry ideas

Give me your best kitchen/cooking ideas. I'd like a nice set of pots/pans. I've seen copper and stainless mentioned a lot on here. I have neither and don't know much about them. Just looking for ideas in that department and any other kitchen items you'd recommend. Gas oven/stove fwiw. TIA

The copper core all-clad is great but pricey. I like my Calphalon tri-ply stainless, which one can often find for much cheaper.
I don't have any copper but would love some Mauviel. Again, quite pricey.
For a lifetime enameled dutch oven, you can't do better than Staub, IMO.
ETA: congrats on the engagement

Something nice to have would be a full set of OXO good grip kitchen utensils (especially tongs).
A nice complete silverware set
A good chef knife and steel
Just walk around bed bath and beyond and dream big. the people that love you want to spend money to get you nice stuff. Dont register for cheap crap.

This is your chance to upgrade from the cheap crap you've had since you went shopping at Walmart or Target right after you moved out on your own.
Also, choose a mix of things price wise. Yeah, someone's parents, godparents or wealthy relatives will get that $350 Le Cruset pot for you. But your little cousin can get that nice silicon oven mitt for $15.

Register at a department store or other bricks and morter place, elderly relatives may not be keen on shopping at Amazon. My experience was this a few years ago, we still got checks in the mail from friends of my in-laws.
Some stores offer a discount if you complete your registry

-Le Creuset enameled dutch ovens
-All-Clad anodized (non-stick) pots & pans
-Nespresso Machine (or a manual machine if you're a coffee snob)
-Roomba robot vacuum
-Knife Block (look at Zwilling, Henckels, etc.)
Note: Instead of putting pot & pan sets on your registry break them up individually. A set of All-Clad pots & pans can easily run you $500+.

Cuisinart Prep 7 food processor

A lot of this is repeating what others have said, but below is what I have found most useful to me a few years into marriage:
blendtec or vitamix blender, immersion blender, a nice toaster oven (recommend breville), good knives, nice cutting board, instant pot, everyday utensils, thermapen, good food processor (we registered for a cheap one and replaced it within two years), sous vide circulator, automatic vacuum sealer, roomba, stand mixer, stand-alone griddle, kitchen scale, cast enamel Dutch oven, and, if you have the room, a chest freezer.

All great suggestions. I'll add a meat grinder attachment for the kitchen aid stand mixer.
Also a good food processor comes in handy

If I got a BGE for a wedding present I don't know what I'd do

We got this can opener 11+ years ago- it's just beginning to start to slip, but it's by far the best one I've ever owned
Kitchen Aid
We have several Le Creuset baking dishes that I really like
Pepper Grinder- love my Peugeot grinder

Thanks for the responses everyone. In response I'll add a little more of what I already have, which is what a lot of you have mentioned. I'm very close to 30 and got some great kitchen stuff as housewarming gifts when I bought a house a couple of years ago.
What I have:
Ninja blender/food processor
daily silverware set and plates/bowls
4 good global knives (I've registered for a few more I'd like)
set of cast iron skillets
7.5 qt lodge enamel dutch oven
crawfish pot and burner
instant pot
vacuum sealer
Keurig
Other than the dutch oven I don't see the need to update any of this.
I'll probably register for some le creuset and hope we get it. Any particular size/type yall would recommend?
My non-stick skillets could use replacing. I don't think I need to go too fancy on them either, right? I'll look into the tri-ply stainless cookware too.
What attachments do yall find most useful for the kitchenaid stand mixer?
Anyone ideas on a rice cooker that can do brown rice would be great.
casserole/baking pans?
toaster oven ideas?
What sort of knife sharpener would yall recommend? I got a Global speed sharpener with the knives but I think I can do better.
no joke
Other BBQ/smoker ideas are welcome though. I have a Weber performer and Masterbuilt 40 inch electric smoker.
Again, thanks to everyone for your suggestions and for all the recipes and knowledge over the years. Yall constantly remind why this is the best board on TD Happy Thanksgiving and God bless

Le cruset.
Enamels cast iron is awesome. I've used it at minimum once a week every week since I got married.
Jambalaya
Gumbo
Smothered chicken
Corn and crab bisque
Whole chickens
Braised beef
Roast and carrots
Etc.....
I also have the enabled Le cruset ribbed and non ribbed skillets I use for everything from eggs in the morning to burgers and steak and chicken.
Silicon coated spoons and stirrers are also awesome. Easy to clean. I have the Calphalon brand.
For knives, all of mine are Victoronix which is fantastic.
An immersion blender is awesome. Never thought I needed one. Now I refuse to have a kitchen without it.

Re: toaster ovens, the Breville smart oven is a great thing. It is big enough to fit a standard quarter sheet pan, and I probably use it 2x more than my full size oven.
