This is akin to a fight for the skinniest kid at fat camp award.

Arse
I've been to those 3 places, but it's been scattered about over the years.

I will go to all 3 places over the next week or so and report back with my rankings.

Think I can give Chicken my expense report so he can reimburse me?

If we have an official TD tasting party to rank them, I want in.

I think his issue is McClure can't keep the original one open while he opens his 2nd store? As in, whats the point of 2 if you can't staff them both?

I really enjoy NOLA Smokehouse, but it ain't worth skipping breakfast and waiting in line to be one of the 10 people they serve that day.

A sellout is great for them, hopefully it will help them make enough to serve for longer than an hour at a time.

Also, why is he so worried about Irish Channel BBQ? He isn't even located there.

The Joint is open 11:30am-10:00pm Monday - Saturday. Im sure they are moving a ton of meat volume and they have been in the game for awhile

Chef Rob opens a few days a week for a few hours a day. Apparently he's very proud of selling out his limited volume. How's about opening a full scale operation and pushing major weight before your head blows up as the best bbq in the city? "MicroQ" is a cover for limited hours and limited inventory
