Agree. I definitely wouldn't plan on showing up to Galatoire's and asking them to accommodate you when they'll likely be running around like chickens with their heads cut off
Especially since it is likely they'll have a prix fixe menu, and if they do, ingredients necessary to whip something up might not even be out of the cooler.

Just getting around town will be a nightmare.

I'm pretty sure he's in BR. His location says Zachary, and he mentioned Flemings, which doesn't exist in NOLA.
