Hit Carnivore Market here in Franklin for some non-CAD-dry-aged ribeyes
They even sealed them in plastic for free since I was planning to sous vide them.
Sat outside by the pool and relaxed with a little charred corn and arugula salad drizzled with olive oil and a couple dollops of ricotta to compliment the 126 degree steaks finished on the weber sear station.
(mine was the meal on the red plate in the background)
Sunday the ol battle-axe sauted some chilean sea bass with shallots and finished in the oven with a little freshly grated parmesan on top and threw in a little asparagus at the end along with baked zucchini, onion, tomato and squash in olive oil covered with boars head butterkase cheese
(again my meal is the one in the background on the blue plate)
after both meals, the tigers tore up the bulldogs. i don't believe this is a coincidence.

I don't know how those steaks could have possibly been good without your toes in the picture and some green stuff growing on them before cooking!
jk...the food looks terrific.

I would have guessed you buy your meat at Walmart.

It's amazing what you can find on google simply by adding "tigerdroppings" at the end of whatever you're searching for.
