Trying to remember somewhere I ate at 4 or 5 years ago. It was in a small house uptown somewhere, want to say it started with a c but I can't really remember that either. Food was coastal and modern southern fare. It may have been a newer place then and I think it has moved since then.

I'm pretty sure boucherie isn't spelled with a C.

It sounds like you are talking about Boucherie although it doesnt start with a C. Are you absolutely sure it started with a C?

It's a silent, non-existent "C".
