I am talking about on-site cooking for parties / small events.

Traditional Cajun fare, mostly rice / gravy stuff with sausage and tasso, smothered vegetables, gumbo, etouffe, griads, pork / beef roasts, jambalaya, seafood, fried seafood, more exotic stuff like turtle, rabbit, frog legs, etc.

Are there any in the area here in BR? Google has not been very helpful except for a franchised place that looks like it is not Cajun but claims to be.

Check out Creative Cajun Cooking's website. They may have what you are looking for.
