The Blind Pelican(St. Charles) - Just sat 2 hrs plus with no food

Came out finally and offered to comp my sons sprite. 
I'm not saying we waited 1 hr 45 mins and rounded up to 2 hrs. We were there 2 hrs 15 mins and came out to ask us what we ordered.

From the yelp reviews it seems like shitty service is the norm for that place.

#1) The Blind Pelican is on St. Charles
#2) I like the place, but service is a shite show especially during happy hour. I usually go and sit in the bar area so that I am at least drinking while I wait.

Wasn't paying attention for the most part. The waiter kept the drinks coming, the patio was nice, nice weather and I was waist deep into that GSW game.
When it was over, I was like holy shite WTF is up with our food.

2 hours seems the norm, at least from my one experience, even if your at the place on St. Charles.
