I have a bunch of this in the herb garden this year. Anyone have any good recipes utilizing it? Smells like liquorice to me.

I love it! Google Thai basil + shrimp and you'll find some good recipes. You can add coconut milk to that search as well.

I saw a beer recipe that used it. Wanna send me some?

I've made a lemon verbena and ginger beer that was good.

Has that flavor too

Love it. You can toss it in simple things like a stir fry to add a different flavor profile. Can be fun in some cocktails, think variants on a mojito. Pesto. You can do a lot.

Ground meat of your choice
Minced Garlic
Minced Jalepeno
Oyster Sauce
Thai Basil

that's the basis of Pad Kra Pao, which is loosely translated as stir fried Thai basil
