NY Strips 4.88 per lb. I just wanted to give y'all a heads up. I just bought 12lbs worth. I'm going to vacuum seal and freeze for later.

Now I'm not very familiar with Lafayette, but if I were a betting man I'd bet there is more than one place in that city to buy steak.

Sorry I'm an idiot. Alberston's has the deal. You have to buy a 3/4 pack which wasn't an issue for me. I got 6 4 packs.

Yes. Albertsons doesn't sell any grade less than choice.......supposedly.

I actually bought a couple of ribeyes the other day that were close to prime in my opinion.

There were some with gristle in the upper portion of the steak. Most looked good though. The butcher cut me some, so feel free to ask if they don't have what you want.
