Well, we had leftovers here tonight but it ain't all so bad having leftovers when it's delicious smoked brissket. Please don't feel sorry for me, in fact I should feel sorry for anyone else who didn't have some of this for dinner.
Now I did have a problem. See I wanted to eat a brisket sandwich. I was using Texas Toast bread and couldn't decide whether I wanted the bread toasted or not toasted. I ended up doing the only thing and sane yet hungry person could do. I had one of each!

Started off with wrapping some slices in foil with some of my homemade BBQ sauce and into the oven to warm.

Warmed! Tender and juicy delicious.

One of each simple with just mayo, yellow mustard and the last of the Ghost pickles.

Damn! These were absolutely fantastic!

Looks tasty.

Pancakes and leftover brisket is a good combo. I swear on a stack of pancakes that it's good.

Your brisket looks terrific!! I'd like to know more about your Ghost Pickles? You using ghost pepper mash/puree or the actual peppers?

Agreed. I had leftover smoked brisket chopped for a sandwich and topped with Sweet Baby Ray's this morning for breakfast.

It was divine.

These Mickle's Pickles Ghost Pickles. Sweet pickles with ghost chilis added for a delicious spicy kick. They go great with burgers and BBQ!
I get these from Dorignac's(which I need to go pick up another jar)in Metairie.

Thanks Cajunate!!

Recently I asked for brisket(which was very good on it's own BTW) to be subbed for the pork on a cuban. It was amazingly good, the owner decided to put Cuban with brisket on his menu....this was in South Florida where the Cuban is king.
