Schlitz and Giggles in BR

Every time I drive on I-10 passing through Baton Rouge, I always notice the sign for the Schlitz and Giggles restaurant. Looks like an interesting place. How's the food for those of you who've eaten there?

Cheap and greasy. Good drunk pizza but I would get off at the next exit and get red zeppelin pizza. Better food, better pizza, better beer.

I go there when I want a thin greasy slice of pepperoni pizza. If you want a lot of toppings or a more creative style, then I agree with the post above to go to red zep

It's been a long time since I've been but getting 3-4 people together and splitting the large was great. Loved the pizza, but service was always pretty terrible. Also, there are just too many other good late night options these days. It's a cool place to watch sports because they have a 15ft projector that's perfect for watching from the second floor.

I hope you are kidding. Pastime has to be the worst pizza I have ever had in my life and that includes frozen pizza. Its awful!!!

I'll get a slice from the window at the one on 3rd St. every now and then to soak up some of the booze on the walk home if I overindulge.
But the last few times we went in to sit and order, the service was so horrendously bad that we just left. Which is a shame, because when their pizza is fresh out of the oven it's actually pretty damn good.
