Anything in the store is good. You just cant use good wuality smoked sausage from a butcher shop. That just doesnt work.

I use Big Mikes now, before that I used Rouses brand. I've also used Manda and DD and like those as well. The worst is Hillshire Farms.

Veron's Supermarket sausage. Use it for most everything because thats what I grew up on and I always have some on hand.
