We like to keep some cooked foods in the freezer for a last minute meal and it was time to make some chili. I made a pot of chili a week or two ago when we had a tease of cooler weather come through SE Louisiana and everyone enjoyed so I figured I would make some more for the freezer. I'm having the help of some Sam Adams Octoberfest. I had to run to the WD for some onions and it happened to jump into the basket. Popped a couple in the freezer when I got home to get a little chili'er. Gotta have cold beer when cookin' chili!!!!!

Almost all the fixins

This is about 9 lbs of ground beef so it shoul be a good bunch of servings.

Chili's done!
Yeah, I put beans and tomatoes in my chili and I assure you if you tasted it you'd enjoy it!

Got a little kick to it too. As well as using fresh jalapenos I added ground jalapeno pepper to it.
