Well brand might actually be a premium. That being said, that well brand better be at least something of high merit for $12.50. The drink is not intensive, a cherry, slice of orange, and simple syrup are cheap ingredients. Your only real cost involved is the whiskey. $8-9 is pretty standard for a premium old fashioned. You sure they weren't pouring doubles? Just wondering

If it looks like this, or perhaps a double, like this then I would allow it...

They have never focused on specialty drinks

Why is there a cube of ice in there? That alone should knock it down below $10.

In general, Ruffino's overall is expensive. BR has branded it as a "be seen" place, so they can get away with some silly prices.

Ya even their cocktail de la Louisianne is a little bland.

For a .25 cent pour of whiskey, I disagree.

The drink might be pricey, but for a decent restaurant to enjoy a nice meal and get away from the trash it's an ok place

Their drinks are fairly expensive. It's a pricey menu for what you get. I just find the place overpriced and overrated. Just my opinion.

How is that lame? Didn't Ruffin's radio commercial last fall brag on the people you see there on a home game Friday? I'd call that "be seen" branding.
