No. On Perkins by SouthDowns and it is pretty legit.
Waiting to see how they do long-term with their prices though.
The $19 hamburger threw me off for a minute.

Service was terrible and food was okay. And by terrible I mean of the 3 of us no one ate together.... First plate was brought out, 10 min later the next, then 10 min later the next. All tables that were there had the same thing happen...
