Recommend a date restaurant in NOLA.....

I'm not looking to break the bank at Commander's or Stella!, but I want to go somewhere nice...maybe in the Cochon or Dante's Kitchen price range. I've never been to any of the nicer places in NOLA, so I'm open to all suggestions.

Irene's in the quarter, romantic and won't break the bank and excellent dishes, combo of Italian and seafood.

Muriel's. They have some relatively inexpensive pre fixe menus and it has a great location in the corner of Jackson Square.

I had a great Date at Aldolpho's on Frenchmen. But my go to First date restaurant is Melange Speakeasy. Great food, good live music and a great area to drink and have fun.
