Got some of Kartchners crawfish boudin (haven't tried it yet. Good?). Any recipe ideas for using it?

I'd do a stuffed pork chop or chicken breast.

Open it up and use it to stuff bone in chicken breast..tie them up or you will lose most of it.

Heat it and eat. You could put it in an omelette, as well. Good as a stuffing as suggested.

1. stuff a bell pepper, put bread crumbs on top and bake.

2. take out of casing and spread in frying pan. Make several holes in the dressing mix and crack an egg in the holes. cook until done.

Picked some up last week. Remove from the casing and heat in a skillet or microwave. Place on large hamburger bun and add a slice of cheese ( I chose pepperjack). Add butter to skillet and cook like any other grilled cheese sandwich. Good stuff.

Overthink things much?

Seriously, it's great like it comes. Makes me wonder is you squeeze regular boudin out and do different dishes with it.

If you've never stuffed anything with boudin then you're the one missing out my friend
