Its got to be either egg roll wrapper or wonton wrapper. Either way those things are the bomb.

Even if that isn't the exact method they use, I don't think you can mess it up

It's egg roll wrappers. Try it with spring roll wrappers if you can find them. That's what I make them with. Those have a better texture, IMO. Much more flaky.
