Welp, I destroyed my previous step record yesterday. My personal best was 55,000+ steps in a day (25 miles).
The day before yesterday I didn't exercise at all and ate 4000+ calories (Ribs, watermelon, sausage, chicken, humus, french bread, pasta, cap'n crunch berries, oatmeal creme pies). I also got a lot of sleep.
Anyway here's the numbers from yesterday...
I don't think I'll be attempting to approach this record for a looooong time.
