Dropped another 2 pounds this week, but the carb cravings at night are testing my will power!!

Staying on a diet up here in Detroit I'm finding it's been pretty easy (food isn't that good). Looking forward to coming home to BR Easter weekend for 10 days but know it will test me to stay away from all the good fried and boiled seafood.

Trending down and still recovering from my binge last week.I feel like I'm trying to catch a little summer cold so that should keep me inside this weekend with no cheating, which I need.

Leaving for Vegas today for a bachelor party. :bang head:

Going to be a great weekend, but terrible weekend for the diet with all the booze.

My body is really pissed off at me... This day 2 of only having carbs from fruits and veggies...I ate a nice size lunch of eggs with spinach, mushrooms, and sprouts mixed in... All it did is make me more hungry ... I'm just pissy in general... I'm about to choke my menstrating wife

eat meat. any kind, high in protein. also, nuts that are high in protein will help. not eating meat is going to really test you because you are missing all of the protein that they offer.

I got a promotion at work and where I live is cheap as all hell.

So I just got back from the doc to see about my knees. Nothing seriously wrong, just the cartilage under the kneecap is inflamed so the bones are rubbing in a weird way and the popping is them getting kinda stuck on it and breaking free. He gave me some samples of celebrex and said if that fixes it he'll put me on celebrex to keep the inflammation down. Said it's likely caused from me losing so much weight, now working out and putting on muscle. He said for my weight I'm surprisingly healthy and in pretty good shape (I'm really not fat anywhere but my chest and stomach anymore). So he encouraged me to continue working out and said that until the inflammation comes down, squats and leg exercises may be extra painful but it shouldn't cause any harm. I'm really excited because I haven't worked out my legs in a week and I'm feeling fat and lethargic. Can't wait to hit the gym in a few hours.

I've heard good things about the supplements Glucosamine and Chondroitin in regards to knee pain as well as fish oil. Apparently a lot of runners that have knee pain use Glucosamine and Chondroitin and it works very well.

And, I figured what's one more supplement to add to the 45 you already take?

The G in my BCAA+G is glucosamine, so there's that. I've got enough supplements. Honestly my supplementation is normal for someone who lifts. Most of it is stuff to help recover faster.

Buried another CADFast - with fried shrimp and catfish (in moderation) and a few glasses of J Lohr cab. results tomorrow
(memo to LV bachelor party guy above) starvation drinking is cheaper and effective.

It's not just a sleep aid. It contains other things. It has melatonin to help you fall asleep.

quote:

Red Repair PM Ingredients

Red Repair PM has a three step ingredient profile. These ingredients work together to create a formula that aids in the healthy repair and restoration of muscles after an intense workout. The first stage isMuscleBiolic PM, made up of melatonin and phosphatidylserine. These ingredients work together to aid in proper sleep patterns, reduce stress and suppress exercise-induced cortisol levels that could harm lean muscle mass.

Second in the list of helpful ingredients is RejuvenX PM which is made up of various PM antioxidants to help strengthen and fight free radicals while you rest.

Additionally, TCA Fuel PM has been included because its remarkable ability to help create energy in the form of lipids that the TCA Cycle can use instead of drawing from your lean muscle.

Red Repair PM has also included essential daily vitamins and minerals in their formula. These vitamins and minerals include:

• Vitamin A
• Vitamins B6 & B12
• Vitamin C
• Vitamin D
• Zinc

Also, as an extra precautionary measure, to ensure the safest natural product possible, Red Repair PM has left out the following ingredients: egg, milk, soy, yeast and additional added preservatives.

This being said, we should look a little further and see if this product is actually safe and has the ability to produce the promised results.
