Sort of on-topic:.
There's a thread going in the OT right now about fast-food that sort of demonstrates how clueless a lot of people still are about what makes us fat.

Leftover shrimp from dinner last night with peppers and onions, and a shmear of guacamole in the bowl.
Lots of water today too.
Hydrating for Saturday at 8pm.

My new Nutritionist just sent me my new diet for lean bulking... prepping to start cutting for a show in April (but I think March)
It was made specifically for me
If you want to take a look at it, let me know and I will shoot you a copy, in case you are curious or were thinking about getting advice from a nutritionist

Would love to pay for a nutritionist, but can't justify spending the money (although I have no idea how much it costs).

I totally understand
If you are serious about getting one, contact a few and get some base prices
Most are willing to work within a budget

Football has caused me to be stuck at 200-203. I'm fine with that right now. Only have two more home games that I get to attend this year so all day drinking and eating is almost done for me (damn wedding during the Florida game).

That's where I'm at. Feels good. I could lose 10 more and feel better, but not sure if it's a priority.
Would take having to cut out beer completely.

Went in to deadlift, but no free racks so did back/biceps instead.
I have been 267.4 for 3 days in a row now. Odd to see the exact same number

Yes.
Doctors warned her of the dangers that go along with mixing Vyvanse and Halo Top. She didn't care. "Bury her beatiful" was her motto.
