Ate like a fatty in BR again this weekend, but pants don't feel any tighter.
Kinda excited about LSU being off this weekend so I can keep my diet in check and get some extra exercise in.
Would be great to get some cooler weather for the weekend.

Went back to strict keto yesterday. The pain was real. Had some palpatations and light headed. Today is better. Just tired. Gonna hit the gym in the morning.

Stuff at work is finally starting to calm down and was finally able to get back on my diet and training. Look foward to seeing where everybody is at with their goals now.

Has that helped with weight loss? I bought some apple cider vinegar last week but haven't popped it open.

I've been hovering at 260-265 for a year, so:

I've got a wedding on the beach in May and need to get down to 235 at least. I go walk 3 miles on my lunch break and will start lifting after school next week. I've cut intake WAY down again. It should fall off. I've already taken back a belt loop from just walking.
Any other advice is appreciated. I can't really diet (eat only diet food) while cooking for a kid and a wife, but I just eat way less and don't drink during the week.
It's time to get back on the wagon.

yea get myfitnesspal and weigh and count anything that goes in your mouth and set your macros and get within 10% of them 6 days of the week. and yes you can diet while cooking for kids and a wife, I and many others do it.

That's what I do. I just meant I can't go overboard about eating nothing but chicken and veggies like some folks do.

I used the halo finder to track down halo top. Says the Whole Foods by me has it. Wasn't there the last time I checked, but it wasn't on the app either.

Hmmm. The BR store had it in one of the island open freezers, kinda near the green beans and shite. Not much near the actual ice cream section.
