Pulled pork A.B.T. (Atomic buffalo terds)

These were incredible! I highly recommend them if you have leftover pulled pork one day.


I seasoned my cream cheese with a rub I had and sprinkled shredded cheese into the mix.


Wrights tick bacon of course


Indirect for 90 minutes at 275-300

I love a good ABT and Those look great!
When they are almost finished I like to paint 'em with a jalapeno pepper glaze. Sweet, salty and pepper all come together and they don't last long.

melted pepper jelly is a fantastic glaze for fatty meat

The indirect made all the difference. Allowed the thick bacon to stay on there long enough to get nice n crispy.

I made them with a lil smokie instead of bbq and topped with brown sugar and bbq rub. Smoked them, my friends and family frikkin destroyed them.
