Surprisingly, many Mexican joints will be slow. At least here in BR.
Superior, La Caretta, Lava Cantina, Rum House, and Velvet Cactus throwing big parties if I had to guess. But the smaller Casa La Vida, Mestizo, etc. type places will be fine.
My family went to Mestizo on Cinco de Mayo a couple years ago. They were one of the only tables in there.

My wife got a buy one get one free Chipotle burrito last night for teacher appreciation day. I'll sit here tonight eating fake mexican food as celebration of a fake mexican holiday while watching a real white sport of hockey.
