Not everyone likes my bbq sauce. A lot of people like Sweet Baby Rays in NOLA so I put it as a side to purchase if you want it.

If one orders a half pound of brisket and wants sauce, one would have to buy a $6 pint of it under sides? My local joints give you sauce on the side with the meat at no charge if you want it. They make it in house.
