I'm heading that way this weekend for the game and I will be staying in a hotel in Grenada. What are some good places to eat between Baton Rouge and Oxford?

Have heard great things about this place from those that make the Ole Miss game frequently. LINK

We're leaving late tonight, so about the only thing available to us on the drive up will be Waffle House. Works for me

Lord I spent my honeymoon night in that place several decades ago. Couldn't tell you a thing about where to eat.

The original does is in Greenville. There is another highly rated restaurant right around there too, but its name escapes me.

You'd have to go through the Delta to find the good eats. Doe's in Greenville for sure.

No. It was an afternoon wedding and that was as far as I could drive. Believe me it was only a night.

But I did have a flat the next morning and had to buy a tire. It's been downhill ever since.
