Will be there with family (ball tourney) all weekend.

Ok,,,quick update..

Fri Night..Beef O' Bradys-- this was pick by someone on team. Took all the kids there. Service and food very average.

Sat Night-- Bistro on Bayou--Great filet and great service. Would go again.

Go hang out with Alx and Mung. They're good people. That's probably your best option for that area.

Meth. It's readily available. Might make it more tolerable.

I spent a few days there earlier in the year and Popeyes was the best meal that I had. Good luck

I was stuck there a few weeks ago and came across Verona's. They have some pretty good Italian food.

Stay away from tunks. That place is crap. Very expensive for meh food.

Seafood : robbie g's (alex) or fants (tioga)

Mongolian grill: Kahns (alex) the food is good (not amazing but good) but the dining experience is fun

American: anchors (alex) is a steakhouse/sushi place. Great menu w/ great food. Spirits (alex) is great for poboys.

Mexican: los portales (alex or pine) is my fave.

Pizza : johnnys (pineville) or phillys (tioga) are both solid.

Those are just a few. Alex/pineville doesnt have a thriving fine dining scene but there is good food if you look for it.

Good call Josey.

If you have kids with you johnny's is a good option.

I lived in pineville for 3 years. Not Alot of fine dining options but plenty of places to get a decent meal with kids in tow.

We can't forget to mention the Alec BWW which is clearly the place to see and be seen. I mean, it has one of those machines that you punch and it tells you how hard you hit. You'll have to get in line to use it though.
