Apparently my generation has nothing better to do than scream "cultural appropriation" and pout about a white person having an opinion on ethnic cuisine. Yeah, I like my siracha and hoisin so I think his opinion on how to eat pho is pretty dumb, but lots of people of all colors do shitty things to food, and if I don't like it I just don't eat it. These people need to get a life.

It's the sweeter brown sauce that helps balance out the heat of the srirachi. I'm not offended by what the guy said, but I'm not going to eat pho without a little hoisin in there.
