He is saying that it may not be distributed to stores unill 2016 but that doesnt mean it wont be available at parish and possibly a few other places on tap.

Couple of PSAs for you guys:
1.) We will not be distributing any of the batch of Ghost we packaged this week to wholesalers or retailers. With Grand Reserve day, we are selling a much higher amount than usual direct to the public which means we will have far less to sell into the usual distribution market. This will cause tons of butthurt and we are looking to avoid the conflict that will definitely arrive when some retailers who usually get Ghost don't get any when others do. It just wouldn't be fair. We are already brewing another batch for normal distribution in December to restore order to the force
Now he's backing down on that.

To me can mean two things. Either he's brewing it to be normally distributed in December OR He's brewing it in December to be normally distributed later.

Yes, I know that. I can also read that the statement says that they were already brewing the batch when the post was made on Nov 19. I can also read that it says "for normal DISTRIBUTION in December.
