Does anyone else notice how the latest batch of Southcoast tastes just like the old Envie recipe? Good night boys and girls. I'm going thank the moon and stars that Parish is in my life and start dreaming about what the next batch will be like.

Im curious to taste this round of Ghost after all the hoopla. My Envie got some sexy trub floaters. Mmmmm dead yeast, hops, and proteins. Vitamin b for the day!

I think the mods should just sticky a parish complaint thread at the top of the screen.
These things are popping up each week now and even several times a week.
I'm just glad we have good enough beer in Louisiana to complain about batch to batch differences.

Did a side-by-side-by-side of all three last night. You can distinguish which beer by the smell if nothing else. Ghost might get lots of hype, but it is still amazing.

No, what's priceless is your critiques of beer versus someone who is one of the best home brewers that posts here (and there are some really good brewers on here). You said you were done with Ghost several batches ago after your outstanding description of that particular batch so why don't you just GTFO

Wasn't bitching about anything on my end. Just wanted to know if someone could bring up Ghost in the Machine and Opus Vert. Both have good reviews and I assume aren't distributed outside the state.
