Anyone here ever ordered from DeBragga or Chicago Steak Company?
Looking for a prime Chateaubriand and have been playing hell finding one even semi-locally, have ordered from two butchers and no-show both times.

here you go, not a whole lot cheaper but a Prime tenderloin roast

or just go to costco , but a whole Prime tenderloin and trim it yourself, will save plenty of $, and get lots of great trimmings

Allen Bros choice would be superb based on my experience but I would talk to COSTCO or SAMS meat cutters about their prime personally.

Those are the ends after the center or Chateuabriand has been cut out, hence the lower price.
Thanks for the tip on Allens though, I will give them a shot on something else.

Lobel's and Allen bros are top shelf. Try snake river farms also. They've reduced their shipping charges some.
