few FF chains want to open in Nola because of the labor pool being so shitty.

We don't need any more chains in Louisiana.

Whataburger and Braum's are both good.

I used to want a Hardee's so bad. I liked stopping there all the time and it was always solid. We get a Hardees in Kenner and it's pure shite. They never do a good burger and it's like $8 for a burger and side. Compamny burger is just a few bucks more.

There is not one good Tex Mex joint in New Orleans

All Tex mex taste the same, imo. I'm not sure if it's considered tex mex but Taqueria Corona knows what they are doing.

Shake Shack is seriously the most overrated/overhyped place in the country. I'm not even arguing it's bad.

i think In n Out takes that crown, but they're both ridiculously overhyped for what they are...fast food burgers. very good, tho.

I especially like the drive-throughs that send your food up over and down on a conveyor belt in the outside lane.

Taco Cabana was a must stop on my trips to see family in Austin.

And El Rey is 100 times better than both.
