I am looking to buy a new burner and 90qt pot and I already have the gas line running outside to my Grill and was thinking of just putting a T-Connection and be able to run the burner off of this. What are some of the Pros and Cons of each? And also any Recs on Burner and pot?

You can either get an 80 qt or a 100 qt. I doubt you'll find a 90 qt crawfish pot. The gas in your house is run at a much lower pressure than what you typically boil with. I think you need some sort of special regulator but I'm not sure.

I don't know the science of why NG doesn't get as much pressure as propane, but my NG works great for my 60 Qt pot, but it's not really strong enough for my 120 qt pot. I bought a $35 double jet burner for big batches.

Can't beat the convenience of snapping on the hose and lighting the fire and never having to worry about propane tanks running out.
