I haven't tried this, but I have had success with the Pioneer Woman's recipes.
Pioneer Woman - Ranch Dressing
Do you ever keep powdered buttermilk on hand? It's a very handy ingredient.

Buttermilk, Dukes mayo and a packet of hidden valley ranch

I use the hidden valley ranch powder mix. It calls for a cup of mayo and a cup of milk.
I use a couple Tbsp of mayo, about 1.5 cups Greek yogurt, and the rest milk.
Make ahead of time. Gets better with time. Also add some fresh cracked black pepper.

Can't remember where I picked up this recipe, and if I altered it in any way, or if it's a mash of recipes, but it's good.
Ranch Dressing Spice
1/2 cup powdered coffee creamer
1-1/2 tbsp dried parsley
1-1/2 tsp dried dill
1-1/2 tsp onion powder
1-1/2 tsp dried onion flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red pepper chile flakes
1 tsp dried orange peel
Place all ingredients in a spice blender and blend into powder.
Add spice mix to mayonaisse/ sour cream mix for dip and add buttermilk to thin for a dressing.
