Nashville Restaurant - Nice Dinner

Looking for suggestions on a nice dinner in Nashville coming up in a couple of months. Staying downtown and like to walk or maybe Uber.
Checked search history nothing in past ~6 months
Not doing Husk
Looking for possibly even tasting menu experience
Some places I've looked into but open to other suggestions:
Audrey
Yolan
Catbird Seat

We went in March with a group of 12 to the Justin Timberlake restaurant The Twelve Thirty Club. Thought it would be mediocre and just hyped up because of the name, but I loved everything we ordered. Pricey but worth it.

Hall's Chophouse was good recently. We like Etch downtown as well. My favorite meal here however has been at Lockeland Table in the East. Short Uber ride.
From Nola originally, so food for me has been hit or miss here.

Rolf and daughters
Henrietta red
The optimist
Folk
Locust- The best restaurant in the city by far
Catbird seat
Hathorne is good but more neighborhood spot in west.
Tailor is really good and unique.
Don’t waste your time at audrey. The continental is good but very different old school dining.
Bourbon steak is awesome for just a badass steakhouse with a view.
Husk, new chef no clue if it’s good or not. Was never really impressed with it to begin with. Yolan is okay but really expensive.
Lockland is very very meh.

It's on the 34th floor of the JW Marriott (there is an express elevator) with great views. Even if you lack reservations, you can try getting a seat at the bar, and some of the seats are out on an "outside" glassed area. You will drop some $$$, but it is pretty cool.

Peninsula is a Badass everyone should check them out as well.
If you were looking for something very unique different that you can’t find anywhere else I would try Locust, The Catbird Seat and Peninsula. June is the new SEAN BROCK restaurant ran by a guy named Colin Shane who used to be at single thread farms in California. It is an extensive tasting menu that is incredibly expensive. It is really delicious but I honestly feel like you could break up that bill into three the different restaurants I listed.

Trevor was sous chef at Noma for 7 years before moving to Nashville to lead the team at Catbird Seat and eventually open Locust.
NTY but the poster who recommends Jeff Ruby's, might wanna check that health department score. I know they've had some in the 50's. Same with 5th & Taylor, which might be the worst most overhyped crappy restaurant ive ever been forced to eat at.
And to reiterate, Tailor in Germantown is a tasting menu and it just opened in its new location which is right next door to Rolf and Daughters. Vivek Surti is the chef and its Southeast asian Indian influenced. I love it. It is honestly a bit pricey but the flavors you get with this meal are special. I really enjoyed his food and experience.
Peninsula, Locust, Catbird, Tailor....I don't think you'll regret eating at those four.

I’d pass on Yolans. I was just there and the food was super pricey and just ok.

Couple of questions:
Any of the restaurants in the Gaylord/Opryland Hotel good?
Any good restaurants in that area.
There for a conference in October.
