Milk: Skim, 1%, 2%, or Whole?
2% for me but I'm thinking of making the jump to 1%.

Skim milk is awful in my opinion. It tastes like oily water in my cereal.

And I'll pass on whole milk, might as well go with heavy whipping cream.

None of it is good for you so you might as well go with whole

I grew up on whole, but mainly drink soy or almond now. I drink skim when I buy regular milk.

switched to Almond milk and have never gone back. 35 calories per cup

milk is very bad for you unless you are trying to bulk up.

I'm not a milk guy (unless it's chocolate) and usually go with 1%

Used to drink whole when I was a kid, but I slowly got myself to skim. When I drank Whole, skim tasted like water. Now whole tastes like cream.

I am trying to do some research on which one is the best to drink. Will report back when I find out.

I can only drink Klienpeter. We are lucky to have a local brand like that. If I go out of town, I buy Horizon.

Agree, it is disgusting.

1% here unless I am coming back from a hunting trip and I stop at the dairy farm and get it straight from the cow (non-homogenized, I guess considered whole milk).
