The first article in his daily column is on "manly" things in Louisiana, and goes quickly to the heart of the matter with recipes being exchanged then into the fire over homemade or packaged roux.

When I was growing up I was always perplexed as to the gender of both Smiley Anders & Robin Fambrough..Their pics in the paper always had me befuddled.
