#2. I,m kind of glad I didn't participate because it was going to do something along the lines of frying the shell, topping it with seared tuna, etc. Both look great. God job guys.

Sucks that there weren't more participants. I couldn't with my strict eating plan I'm on. Maybe next month.

Both dishes look great though. I have to go 2 because it's different and looks tastier to me. It's interesting.

The winner is Entry 2, Got Blaze. A 2 time winner now I believe.

Well, I have finally landed in my permanent home back with my complete kitchen. This was as of Wednesday, a few days ago. I haven't competed because I have been in limbo and staying with friends and family many states away.

Now, I am ready to compete.

Good job!!

I'd definitely eat it.

Mine was outstanding to eat but those two were the only two I made. We ate the rest just tuna.

The orange glaze and togarashi made it.

I loooooove a good ceviche. I'd devour yours.
