Will be heading to BR after picking up a friend at the airport. So something in the area of I10 please. Anything except Italian because I'm making spaghetti for dinner. Thanks!

Timing make sense to pull off in Darrow at Houmas House, check to see if they are open on Mondays.

I second Kenner Seafood. Very large and diverse menu.

Casa Garcia on Vets by David Dr. Shredded beef tacos are great.
Kenner Seafood is also very good.
Not sure if Bud's Broiler on Vets is staffed and open again for something quick.

The Brick Oven is some of the best Italian food in the NO area. We try to time our flight in/out so we can eat there before boarding or on the way home.
The aroma of roasting garlic is powerfully good, but you better like Sinatra and Dean Martin.
