Talked to Him yesterday and he told me he's only doing small batch high quality beers, one or two at a time, because of their set up.
yall understand it wasn't that long ago Sterlingtons population was only 3 digits?
ETA: Sterlington is the little bitty town 10 miles north of Monroe.

Monroe/ Ouchita River used to be one of the largest cotton ports in the country. Hence the name of the brewery. And also the name of the resturant Cotton.
