We want to give a gift certificate to young couple for their wedding present to a nice and/or hip joint.

The Ordinary - I'd put its seafood up against any restaurant in the country. And it would probably be better.

Too busy with other things and developed relationships with owners and chefs that I thought could lead to me not being able to be fair.
ETA: The Ordinary is probably one of my favorite restaurants in America. Was in there a few weeks ago and had a steak tartare crowned by crispy fried oysters. It was awesome.
