I need to figure how to get on the inside loop like you mavens. As it currently stands, I only get special info from this board, Tap Hunter and following a brewery on Facebook. I'm like 7th tier.

You really think they want to hear from you at Mockler? They are getting a certain amount of product, then allocating it to certain retailers with set quantities. One retailer may get it a few hours earlier than another one, but only because the delivery guy is only able to hit one account at a time. From the sound of it you are a douche and probably don't support any of the local retailers any other time besides for special releases.

Is it too far fetched for you to think that he MIGHT have started this thread anyway if he would have actually obtained some KBS this morning? Like I told him, I'm not mad at him. But I have been lied to about similar things (not by calandros), so I called Mockler to see if I could get info. And they answered all my questions. I don't see what the big deal was.

nothing wrong with calling Mockler. They want to move as much product as possible and make money. I'm sure they hate seeing beer just sitting on shelves.
