RIP. Always had very good meals there. Agreee that parking was likely the killer. I’m not sure what can do well in that location

Chelsea’s lasted a long time there. Always on our lunch rotation. Really miss that place.

Before BLDG5 and overpass merchant coming in there may have been enough parking, but I think that is no longer the case
