Just cooked my first Sous Vide Ribeye

WOW....very much exceeded my expectation!
2 hours at 128 degrees then seared in hot cast iron.
I didn't season it until right before sear.
Most tender, flavorful steak I have eaten. It was a cut from a Sam's Club Packer.
Choice Grade.
Sorry, no pics...didn't expect it to turn out so well.
ETA: This is what I used. Easy, Easy, Easy

There's a reason people love Sous Vide.
I've noticed that this board is completely obsessed with ribeyes, though.

Welcome to the club, and I mean that most sincerely.

Is it possible to sous vide an entire standing rib roast?
(EDIT) Google was my friend:
Yes! it is not only possible but seemingly delicious. The Youtube video I saw looked like a winner!

It's recommended that you don't sous vide anything thicker than 2 inches.

Apparently I am late to the party. I looked at the link and have a couple of questions. Is that an immersion heater with a thermostat and a circulator? How much can you cook at one time? Do you use it with water or some other liquid?

You can buy these at Amazon too for larger cooks
