Just cooked my first Sous Vide Ribeye

WOW....very much exceeded my expectation!

2 hours at 128 degrees then seared in hot cast iron.

I didn't season it until right before sear.

Most tender, flavorful steak I have eaten. It was a cut from a Sam's Club Packer.

Choice Grade.

Sorry, no pics...didn't expect it to turn out so well.

There's a reason people love Sous Vide.

I've noticed that this board is completely obsessed with ribeyes, though.

Yes! it is not only possible but seemingly delicious. The Youtube video I saw looked like a winner!

It's recommended that you don't sous vide anything thicker than 2 inches.

Apparently I am late to the party. I looked at the link and have a couple of questions. Is that an immersion heater with a thermostat and a circulator? How much can you cook at one time? Do you use it with water or some other liquid?
