Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is the benchmark by which I judge all other beers.

I like Wrought Iron IPA from Abita. I also like Guiness Extra Stout.

these may get the raspberry from others, but all good beers at a good price and great daily drinkers

abita restoration ale
miller high life
sam adams boston lager

my new favorite though, just out in bottles, and available everywhere near hammond, is gnarly barley korova milk porter. $7 for a 24oz bottle

i usually go over there on saturday afternoons and drink a couple beers, i'll likely go to that. the owners are incredibly cool people, they make good beer, and its a great place to hang for an hour or so

Living in Canada, I've got a slightly different idea of widely available. I would say the following:

Stone go to IPA
Boulevard tank 7 saison
Goose island IPA (this is everywhere now that they were bought out)
Ommegang 3 philosophers/Hennepin
Unibroue la fin du monde

I think opus vert is going to have a same release day, it's just so much farther away for me....I've heard they are cool people. I would like to try the new DIPA.
