TJ Ribs is garbage. Not sure if that is a code violation though.

A pregnant ceiling from a massive amount of moisture absorption seems like some type of violation.

I believe if it's in a food prep area it's a violation.

Only if it was in the kitchen. Since it appears to be the dining room, not a violation.

They do inspect the Physical Facilities of the kitchen, and this pertains to plumbing, garbage, lighting, walls, and ceilings. Had that violation occured in the kitchen, the restaurant would have incurred a 1 or 2 point infraction. So, not a major violation.

I'd be more concerned with all the microparticles of brain matter still splattered all over the place.

The inspector would be concerned about the mold. I think he would take off points, I just don't know how many.

Fiber commercial while eating should absolutely be a violation.

I doubt that's a violation, but it's definitely going to make the inspector go ham when he gets to the kitchen

If they neglect their roof, they likely neglect their food quality. Just such a simple fix, no excuses to have that.

They have the ability to play back the security footage, assess who sat at your table during the Mountaineers game, find the receipt with your name on it, then hunt you and your family down.

Be very afraid.

The fact that you went out to eat and your biggest takeaway was a potential health code violation that you just had to post on here leads me to believe you might need to get a life. I mean, clearly you didn’t have a date

The biggest part of a health inspection is them making sure you have all the permits and licenses, IE $$$$ due to the government. Actually looking for food safety violations??? Not so much.

Lord knows replacing those acoustical tiles would send them to the poor house and force them to raise prices.

Health code , no. Needs to be changed 100%. I would not stick my head in the kitchen either though.

They can ding them but it isn't a critical violation
