No. They use roasted barley, and you can taste it on the finish. Porters don't use roasted barley.

The line between porter and stout can be very blurry. But I've never thought ICS should be called a porter, just a gut feel. It has enough body and roastiness.
More egregious to me is stuff like The Bruery calling a 14% beer like Rue D'Floyd an "imperial porter."
