Call Poche's in Cecilia LA. My store (The Cajun Store) , and other stores, get theirs from them.

Never had their turducken, but the Madden one is from Butcher Block in Gretna.

I bring back their stuffed chicken, twice baked potatoes, and stuffed peppers all the time. Several other things as well that I can't remember right now.

Herbert's in Maurice. They are the best, since they invented turducken.

Herbert’s isn’t the original and they don’t even own the trademark. They try to claim it, but there is no real proof and a bad story behind it. Multi bird stuffing into each other is super old. Paul P owned the rights to the name turducken. Gourmet Butcher Block and John Madden made it spread like wildfire.

Got one from them, last Christmas. Wrapped it in a bacon braid. Incredible. Made a wonderful gravy.. and if you put frickin roux in it, I'll slap ya mama.
